The 145lbs team is for players ages 13 & 14 (14 as of September 1); however, we allow for younger players to play up. Players who weigh more than 145lbs must wear a green stripe on their helmets and cannot advance the ball (i.e., must play a down-lineman position).
Freshman (9th grade) can play, but they must weigh 145lbs or less and be no older than 14.
